This fund aims to generate ongoing income while safeguarding its initial value, adhering to the maturity and credit quality guidelines detailed in its offering document. At least 80% of its holdings will be allocated to fixed-income securities, which include various debt instruments and cash equivalents. The portfolio is structured with a dollar-weighted average effective maturity not exceeding three years, and primarily consists of debt securities and money market instruments rated AA- or Aa3 or better. Its investments predominantly comprise debt instruments denominated in U.S. dollars, though up to 10% of its assets may also be placed in debt securities within the A credit rating category.
