This fund generally commits a minimum of 80% of its total net assets to the equity holdings of U.S. companies. Its primary focus is on securities from corporations with large and medium market capitalizations, though it retains the flexibility to invest in smaller-capitalization firms as well. While the fund may include investments in non-U.S. companies, these are capped at no more than 10% of its net assets. Furthermore, the fund manager consistently anticipates acquiring securities through initial public offerings (IPOs).
