Under typical market conditions, the fund aims to allocate a minimum of 80% of its overall assets to companies categorized as mid-capitalization. These mid-cap companies are defined as those whose market value, at the time they are purchased, falls within the capitalization spectrum of the Russell 3000® Index, with the specific exclusion of the 100 largest firms in that index.
