The fund's primary objective is to achieve capital appreciation. It operates as a diversified investment vehicle, typically allocating its assets predominantly to common stocks of companies across both established and emerging global markets. The market capitalization of these companies will generally align with the range of those included in the MSCI ACWI Index Net USD. Crucially, the portfolio will consistently maintain equity investments in businesses situated in at least three countries outside the United States. Under standard market conditions, a minimum of 40% of the fund's net assets will be dedicated to non-U.S. equities, a threshold that may be reduced to 30% during periods of unfavorable foreign market conditions.
