Description

The Brown Advisory Global Leaders Fund primarily aims to achieve its investment goals by dedicating at least 80% of its total capital (which includes both net assets and any funds borrowed for investment) to equity securities. Beyond this, the fund maintains a significant global footprint. Under typical market conditions, a minimum of 40% of its assets will be allocated to companies based outside the United States. Should market conditions become less favorable, this international allocation will still represent at least 30% of its assets. Crucially, its investments will also span issuers located in at least three different countries.
