The Advisor aims to achieve the fund's objective by allocating at least 80% of its net assets, including any capital borrowed for investment, into a non-diversified portfolio. This portfolio consists of equity and equity-linked securities issued by companies of any market capitalization, both within the U.S. and internationally.
