The fund's strategy involves acquiring long positions in stocks that its adviser identifies as undervalued, alongside initiating short positions in securities deemed overvalued. Ordinarily, the portfolio aims to commit at least 80% of its net capital, a figure that includes any funds borrowed for investment purposes, to equity instruments. Moreover, under standard operating conditions, the aggregate value of its long investments is not expected to surpass roughly 125% of the fund's net assets.
