The primary objective of this fund is to deliver enduring total returns over the long term. It employs an active investment approach, establishing long positions in equities the Advisor identifies as undervalued, while simultaneously initiating short positions in stocks deemed overvalued. Proceeds generated from these short sales (the disposition of borrowed securities) are subsequently channeled into short-duration cash instruments, targeting a yield marginally below the federal funds rate. The fund's portfolio spans a wide spectrum of market capitalization, holding both long and short exposures in shares issued by large, mid, and small (including 'micro') cap enterprises, in addition to other financial instruments convertible into equity.
