The fund aims to generate a robust long-term total return on its capital, primarily by seeking appreciation in its holdings' value, complemented by some income. It strategically allocates capital across a diverse collection of shares issued by substantial corporations, provided their securities are traded on the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE American, or NASDAQ. During standard market environments, a minimum of 80% of the fund's net assets (including any leverage utilized for investment) will be committed to equities categorized as large-capitalization value at the moment of acquisition.
