This fund operates as a "feeder" vehicle, allocating all of its capital into the Master Portfolio, which is managed by MIP. This Master Portfolio shares identical investment objectives and strategies with the fund. A substantial portion, specifically at least 90%, of the fund's holdings are invested in the constituent securities of the S&P 500 Index. Furthermore, the fund aims to mirror the S&P 500's weighting, meaning the proportion of its assets invested in any particular stock will closely correspond to that stock's representation within the broader index.
