WisdomTree Gold is an Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC), fully backed by assets and compliant with UCITS standards. Its primary objective is to offer investors comprehensive exposure to the performance of Gold futures contracts. This ETC seeks to mirror the movements of the Bloomberg Commodity Gold Subindex 4W Total Return Index (BCOMGC4T). It achieves this by closely monitoring the Bloomberg Gold Sub Excess Return Index and additionally incorporating interest income, which is adjusted to account for the product's associated expenses and charges. To illustrate its intended performance, should the Bloomberg Commodity Gold Subindex 4W Total Return Index increase by 1% on a given day, the ETC is designed to deliver a corresponding 1% gain, prior to the deduction of fees. Conversely, a 1% decline in the index over the same period would typically result in a 1% decrease in the ETC's value, also before fees.
