Under ordinary market circumstances, the fund dedicates a minimum of 80% of its net assets to investments in financial instruments, which encompass both direct securities and depositary receipts (including ADRs, GDRs, and EDRs), from African companies or those with significant economic ties to the African continent. The fund also retains the flexibility to engage in derivative transactions.
