The fund primarily dedicates a significant portion of its capital, specifically at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowed funds used for investment), to purchasing common stocks issued by smaller and medium-sized companies. For classification purposes, the adviser considers a company to be small- or mid-sized if its market capitalization, at the moment of initial purchase, does not surpass the higher value between the largest company in the Russell 2500® Value Index and $12 billion.
