WisdomTree Carbon is an Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) that meets UCITS standards and is completely backed by collateral. Its purpose is to offer investors comprehensive returns linked to carbon futures agreements. This ETC seeks to mirror the performance of the Solactive Carbon Emission Allowances Rolling Futures Total Return Index (SOLCARBT). It achieves this by tracking the Solactive Carbon Emission Allowances Rolling Futures Excess Return Index and incorporating interest earned, adjusted for product-related expenses and charges. Consequently, its daily price movements are intended to broadly align with those of the SOLCARBT index: a 1% increase or decrease in the index should typically result in a similar 1% change in the ETC's value, prior to any fees.
