The WisdomTree Live Cattle is an Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) that is fully backed by collateral and complies with UCITS regulations. Its purpose is to give investors complete exposure to the returns generated by Live Cattle futures contracts. This ETC aims to replicate the performance of the Bloomberg Commodity Live Cattle Subindex 4W Total Return Index (BCOMLC4T). It achieves this by tracking the Bloomberg Live Cattle Sub Excess Return Index and including the interest income, after accounting for all product-related fees and expenses. For instance, if the Bloomberg Commodity Live Cattle Subindex 4W Total Return Index experiences a 1% gain over a day, the ETC is designed to increase by 1% (excluding charges). Conversely, a 1% drop in the index over the same period would typically lead to a 1% decrease in the ETC's value, before fees are deducted.
