The Carbon Collective Climate Solutions U.S. Equity ETF operates as an actively managed fund, aiming to fulfill its investment objective chiefly by allocating capital to U.S.-listed common stocks. These investments are directed towards companies that, in the Sub-Adviser's assessment, are primarily focused on creating solutions to address climate change. While the fund possesses the flexibility to invest in international businesses, including those in developing markets, through U.S. exchange-traded American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), it's crucial to note that such ADRs will not be classified as U.S. equity securities for the purpose of the fund's 80% policy.
