Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais (CEMIG), through its various subsidiaries, plays a comprehensive role in Brazil's energy landscape, covering the production, transmission, distribution, and retail of power. As of December 31, 2021, its substantial infrastructure included 70 generating facilities powered by hydroelectric, wind, and solar sources, boasting a combined installed capacity of 5,700 megawatts.
