WisdomTree Cotton is an asset-backed Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) that adheres to UCITS standards. It provides investors with comprehensive investment returns linked to cotton futures contracts. The ETC's primary goal is to replicate the performance of the Bloomberg Commodity Cotton Subindex 4W Total Return Index (BCOMCT4T). It achieves this by monitoring the Bloomberg Cotton Sub Excess Return Index and integrating interest revenue earned from its collateral, net of all product-related fees and expenses. For instance, should the underlying index rise by 1% in a single day, the ETC's value is designed to increase by 1% as well, before any fees are applied. Similarly, a 1% daily drop in the index would typically lead to a corresponding 1% fall in the ETC's value, prior to deductions for charges.
