This fund primarily operates as a "fund of funds," meaning its core strategy involves investing in other investment vehicles. It aims to achieve its investment objectives by allocating its capital across a carefully chosen selection of underlying equity and fixed-income mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). A significant portion of its holdings – at least 95% of its net assets (which include stock and bond-related investments) – is channeled into these constituent funds. This allocation strategy is dynamic, guided by a specific framework that adjusts its distribution based on the current level of the Standard & Poor’s (S&P) 500® Index. For liquidity and stability, the fund retains the flexibility to invest up to 5% of its net assets, along with any cash received on a particular day, in highly secure assets such as cash, premium short-term debt instruments, and government securities.
