The Catalyst Dynamic Alpha Fund endeavors to fulfill its investment aims primarily through capital allocation to ordinary shares issued by corporations based in the United States. In addition to these domestic equities, the fund's holdings may also include other stock-related instruments such as Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). Under typical market conditions, a minimum of 80% of the fund's total investable assets – comprising its net assets plus any borrowed funds employed for investment – will be dedicated to these specific equity types: common stocks, REITs, and ADRs. This fund is structured as a non-diversified portfolio.
