Description

The Catalyst Dynamic Alpha Fund aims to achieve its investment objective primarily by focusing its capital on common stock issued by companies based in the United States. In addition to these core holdings, the fund is also permitted to invest in other equity instruments like Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). Ordinarily, a minimum of 80% of the fund's total net assets, combined with any borrowed capital for investment purposes, will be dedicated to these specific types of equity securities (common stocks, REITs, and ADRs). Notably, it maintains a non-diversified investment approach.
