The Carillon Scout Mid Cap Fund Class Y aims to generate sustained capital appreciation over the long term. Under typical market conditions, a minimum of 80% of its net assets will be invested in the equity securities of mid-capitalization companies. The fund's managers define these mid-cap companies as those with market values exceeding $1 billion, yet not surpassing the market capitalization of the largest constituent in the Russell Midcap® Index over the most recent 12-month period, as evaluated at the time of initial investment.
