Calibre Mining Corp., alongside its subsidiaries, is dedicated to acquiring, exploring, and advancing gold properties, with a primary focus on discovering gold, silver, and copper deposits. The company holds a 100% interest in several key assets across Central America and the United States. In Nicaragua, these include the operational El Limon and La Libertad gold mines, the Pavon gold project, and various other mineral concessions. It also fully owns the Borosi Gold-Silver-Copper project, situated in Nicaragua's North Atlantic Autonomous Region. In the United States, Calibre possesses complete ownership of the Pan Mine gold project, the Gold Rock project, and the Illipah Gold project, all located in Nevada. Additionally, it holds a 100% stake in the Golden Eagle project in Washington State. Established in 1969, the company was formerly known as TLC Ventures Corp. before adopting the name Calibre Mining Corp. in June 2007. Its head office is situated in Vancouver, Canada.
