The Dunham International Stock Fund primarily allocates its capital to a diverse range of equity instruments, including both common and preferred shares, as well as depositary receipts, issued by corporations operating globally. These securities are acquired from various international trading platforms, encompassing major stock exchanges, alternative trading systems, the over-the-counter market, and exchanges in developing economies. A key aspect of the fund's strategy is to dedicate a minimum of 80% of its total investment capital (defined as net assets combined with any borrowed funds utilized for investment purposes) to the stocks of companies based outside the United States. These investments are strategically diversified across at least three different foreign countries, which may include businesses located or operating in both mature and emerging market nations.
