This index aims to replicate the daily inverse performance, with a two-fold leverage, of a particular market segment. It focuses on the 40 largest and most liquid blue-chip German companies whose shares are denominated in Euros and trade on the FWB Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The weighting of each company within the index is based on its free-float adjusted market capitalization. The index composition is reviewed every quarter, and no single component is allowed to represent more than 15% of the total.
