Description

The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities of large-capitalization companies, which the manager defines as companies with market capitalizations of $5 billion or greater at the time of purchase. It primarily invests in value stocks of U.S. companies that the manager believes have long-term capital appreciation potential.
