The fund generally dedicates at least 80% of its net assets to U.S. large-capitalization equities that the Adviser identifies as undervalued. Large-cap companies are characterized as those possessing a market capitalization of $5 billion or greater at the time of investment, or falling within the market capitalization range of constituents of the Russell 1000 Index upon purchase. The Adviser's methodology focuses on assessing a company's inherent worth, independent of its prevailing share price.
