The fund aims to provide significant long-term capital appreciation. It typically allocates at least 80% of its total assets to equity securities of U.S. companies. A company qualifies as large-cap if its market capitalization is $5 billion or greater at the point of investment, or if it falls within the market capitalization range of companies comprising the Russell 1000 Index at that same time.
