This actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) aims to achieve its investment objectives by primarily investing in individual U.S. equity securities. These typically comprise common stocks and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) drawn from the S&P 500 index, which the Sub-Adviser has identified as undervalued or "oversold" in the market. While the fund has the flexibility to invest in companies across the entire spectrum of market capitalizations, it predominantly allocates capital to large-cap companies—defined as those with a market value of $10 billion or more at the time of acquisition.
