The DoubleLine Flexible Income Fund Class N (DLINX) seeks to accomplish its investment goals by proactively adjusting its asset allocation across various sectors within the fixed income universe. Its portfolio may encompass a wide array of debt instruments, including but not limited to U.S. government bonds, corporate debt, mortgage-backed securities, other asset-backed securities, foreign debt (including that from emerging markets), loans, and higher-yielding, speculative-grade debt. The fund has the latitude to invest in securities regardless of their credit standing. Furthermore, it can allocate an unrestricted amount of its capital to unrated securities or those classified as below investment grade, as long as the Adviser deems them to be of comparable quality.
