As the fund's sub-advisor, Dorsey, Wright & Associates, LLC, is tasked with achieving the investment objective by gaining short exposure to the returns of the broader U.S. large-capitalization equity market. This strategy is primarily implemented by engaging in short sales of U.S.-listed equity securities and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Under typical market conditions, the fund commits at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowed capital for investment) to investments designed to generate short exposure to U.S. equities.
