EBNK strives to closely match the performance of the Solactive European Bank Top 20 Equal Weight Index Canadian Dollar Hedged, or any future equivalent, before factoring in fees and expenses, while simultaneously working to curb potential losses. The fund primarily invests in the equity components of this index, concurrently implementing a strategy of selling covered call options on as much as one-third of its portfolio assets, at the discretion of the fund manager. The volume of covered call writing may be adjusted based on market volatility and other relevant considerations.
