The fund dedicates at least 80% of its net assets to common stocks issued by major corporations. Furthermore, up to 10% of its total holdings may be allocated to international equities, which include American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and similar investment vehicles. The investment advisor identifies these large-capitalization companies as those firms whose market value falls within the range of the S&P 500 Index at the point of acquisition.
