This Invesco UCITS ETF aims to replicate the net total return performance of the FTSE Emerging High Dividend Low Volatility Index, after deducting all fund expenses. It provides quarterly dividend distributions to its shareholders. The benchmark, the FTSE Emerging High Dividend Low Volatility Index, is constructed to reflect the performance of the 100 emerging market stocks exhibiting both high dividend yields and low volatility. These equities are sourced from the broader FTSE Emerging Index and must also satisfy criteria related to diversification, price stability, and tradability. The index selection process involves first ranking all constituents of the FTSE Emerging Index by their trailing 12-month dividend yields, from highest to lowest. The top 150 companies are then chosen, and from this subset, the 100 companies with the lowest volatility are selected to comprise the index. The fund pursues its objective through a strategy of full physical replication, meaning it endeavors to acquire and hold, as far as practicable, all the securities within the index in their respective weightings. Its portfolio is rebalanced in sync with any adjustments made to the underlying index. This ETF is passively managed, serving as an index-tracking investment vehicle, where an investment represents units in the fund rather than direct ownership of its underlying assets.
