This Invesco Exchange Traded Fund (ETF), identified as a "Dist" fund for its dividend distribution policy, seeks to mirror the net total return performance of the EURO iSTOXX High Dividend Low Volatility 50 Index, after accounting for all expenses. Shareholders receive income through quarterly dividend payments. The underlying benchmark index utilizes a structured methodology to select its components. It begins by evaluating all securities within the broader EURO STOXX Index, assessing their past 12-month volatility and dividend yield. Securities are initially ranked by their 12-month dividend yield from highest to lowest, with the top 75 chosen, adhering to a limit of ten companies per country. These 75 selected stocks are then re-ranked based on their 12-month historical volatility, from lowest to highest. The final 50 securities with the lowest volatility from this refined selection are incorporated into the index. The weighting of each constituent within the index is determined by its 12-month historical dividend yield, with a maximum individual stock weighting capped at 3%. To fulfill its objective, the fund generally acquires and maintains the entire range of securities present in the index, maintaining their proportional weightings. This strategy, known as full physical replication, ensures the fund's portfolio is adjusted concurrently with any index rebalancing. This ETF operates under a passive management approach; an investment signifies the purchase of units in an index-tracking fund, rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets held by the fund.
