The fund primarily aims to invest in stocks and instruments linked to stocks from companies operating in developing economies. These investments may be denominated in any currency, including the local currency of the issuing company. A fundamental policy ensures that at least 80% of the fund's total assets (which includes both net assets and any capital borrowed for investment purposes) will typically be committed to these emerging market equities.
