iShares MSCI EMU CHF Hedged UCITS ETF (Acc) is an exchange traded fund (ETF) that aims to track the performance of the MSCI EMU 100% hedged to CHF Index as closely as possible. The ETF invests in physical index securities and incorporates a monthly currency hedge, using one month foreign exchange forward contracts to reduce exposure to the impact of currency fluctuations between the base currency of the fund (Swiss Francs) and the currency of the constituent securities in the index (Euro). The MSCI EMU 100% hedged to CHF Index offers exposure to equity securities from countries in Europe that form part of the Economic and Monetary Union (EMU) which comply with MSCI's size, liquidity and free float criteria. iShares ETFs are funds managed by BlackRock.
