This Invesco EQQQ NASDAQ-100 UCITS ETF, specifically its GBP Hedged Accumulation share class, seeks to replicate the net overall return of the NASDAQ-100 Index, after accounting for its operational costs. To mitigate the impact of currency swings between the US Dollar and the British Pound, this particular share class actively engages in foreign exchange hedging strategies. The underlying NASDAQ-100 Index is composed of the hundred biggest non-financial companies, both American and international, that are traded on the NASDAQ Stock Market, selected by their market value. These businesses span key sectors such as computing (hardware and software), telecommunications, retail and wholesale commerce, and biotechnology, but notably exclude financial firms, including investment companies. The fund pursues its objective by, wherever feasible, directly acquiring and maintaining all constituents of the index in their proportional allocations. Its portfolio is adjusted to mirror any changes made to the index's composition, a method known as full physical replication. Operating under a passive management style, this Exchange Traded Fund allows investors to purchase units in a fund designed to track an index, rather than directly owning the underlying securities held by the fund.
