The Invesco EQQQ NASDAQ-100 UCITS ETF Dist endeavors to match the net total return performance of the NASDAQ-100 Index, factoring in its operational expenses. Shareholders receive quarterly dividend distributions from this fund. The underlying NASDAQ-100 Index comprises the 100 largest non-financial U.S. and international companies publicly traded on the NASDAQ Stock Market, selected based on their market capitalization. These entities represent a broad spectrum of industries, such as computing hardware and software, telecommunications, retail and wholesale commerce, and biotechnology, but explicitly exclude financial firms. To achieve its investment objective, the fund primarily utilizes a full physical replication approach, acquiring and holding, to the greatest extent feasible, all constituent securities of the index in their corresponding proportions. The fund's portfolio is rebalanced in alignment with the index's adjustments. This ETF is passively managed, meaning it tracks the index rather than engaging in active stock selection. Consequently, an investment represents ownership of units within this index-tracking fund, not direct ownership of the fund's underlying assets.
