This fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its total assets, inclusive of any borrowed capital, to securities issued by small-capitalization European entities. It also has the flexibility to invest in derivatives and other financial instruments that possess economic characteristics similar to these types of securities. The fund manager considers an issuer to be small-capitalization if its market value, at the moment of acquisition, is not larger than that of the biggest company in the Russell 2000® Index. Its portfolio mainly consists of common stocks and various depositary receipts.
