This fund presents an alternative method for gaining long exposure to Ether. It primarily achieves this by investing in another exchange-traded fund that holds Ether, notably the Purpose Ether ETF. To generate income and enhance its total return, the fund actively sells (writes) covered call and/or put options against 10% to 50% of its portfolio. These option contracts, which can be either exchange-traded or over-the-counter, are typically at-the-money or out-of-the-money and are expected to expire within one to three months. The manager retains discretion over the proportion of the portfolio hedged, the specific type of options employed, and their terms, basing these decisions on market conditions and available option premiums. The core investment objectives are total return, consistent yield generation, and long-term capital appreciation. It's important to note that the utilization of options in this strategy is not intended to mitigate price volatility.
