The Invesco EURO STOXX High Dividend Low Volatility UCITS ETF Dist seeks to replicate the net total return performance of its benchmark, the EURO iSTOXX High Dividend Low Volatility 50 Index, after accounting for management fees. Income from the fund is distributed to investors quarterly. The underlying index begins by examining all equities listed in the broader EURO STOXX Index, evaluating their historical volatility and dividend yield over the preceding 12 months. Companies are then arranged in descending order based on their 12-month dividend yield. The top 75 of these are chosen, with a limit of ten companies per nation. Subsequently, these selected stocks are re-ordered according to their 12-month historical volatility, from the lowest to the highest. From this refined selection, the 50 securities with the lowest volatility are chosen for inclusion in the benchmark. Each constituent's weighting within the index is determined by its 12-month historical dividend yield, with an individual stock's contribution capped at 3%. To achieve its stated goal, the fund endeavors to acquire and retain, as far as is feasible and practical, every security comprising its index, maintaining their proportional allocations. The portfolio's holdings will be adjusted whenever the index undergoes rebalancing. This strategy is known as full physical replication. This Exchange Traded Fund operates under a passive management approach. Investing in this fund signifies the acquisition of units in a passively managed, index-tracking fund, rather than direct ownership of the underlying assets it holds.
