The Evercore Equity Fund aims for sustained long-term capital appreciation by primarily investing in a diverse collection of common stocks from U.S. companies. Typically, a minimum of 80% of its net assets, including any funds borrowed for investment, are dedicated to equity securities. While the fund concentrates mainly on American investments, it retains the flexibility to allocate up to 20% of its total assets to international securities, either directly or via American Depositary Receipts (ADRs).
