This fund typically allocates at least 80% of its net assets to equity investments, which may include securities convertible into common stock. It primarily focuses on common stocks, with any remaining assets invested in other equity-linked instruments such as convertible securities and equity-linked notes (ELNs). Although the fund has the option to invest internationally, it currently plans to limit its exposure to non-U.S. domiciled companies to no more than 15% of its total assets.
