This fund maintains a diverse portfolio, allocating capital across both equity and debt instruments. Its equity allocations largely focus on common stocks. The fixed-income component is extensive, embracing a wide spectrum of securities including fixed, floating, and variable rate bonds—both secured and unsecured—as well as those convertible into common shares. It further invests in senior floating rate and term loans, mortgage-backed securities, other asset-backed securities, debentures, and short-term instruments. A distinctive characteristic is the fund's ability to commit up to its entire asset base (100%) to debt securities classified as below investment grade.
