Description

This fund primarily allocates its capital to common shares issued by smaller enterprises. These companies' securities are actively traded on major national stock exchanges, the NASDAQ market, and through over-the-counter transactions. Typically, a minimum of 80% of the fund's total net assets—encompassing any capital borrowed for investment purposes—will be dedicated to small-cap firms. Shareholders will receive at least 60 days' advance notification if the fund's investment strategy is modified to allow for regularly investing less than 80% of its net assets in small companies.
