The primary objective of this fund is to achieve substantial capital appreciation. Under typical market circumstances, the portfolio commits a minimum of 80% of its combined net assets and any funds borrowed for investment purposes to equity securities of major corporations. These large-capitalization entities are specifically identified as having a market valuation of at least $5 billion. Furthermore, the fund has the flexibility to allocate up to 15% of its total assets to non-U.S. issued equity securities, which are denominated in currencies other than the U.S. dollar.
