This fund primarily invests a significant portion, typically at least 80%, of its assets in the common shares of companies categorized by their mid-range market capitalizations. Specifically for this fund, "mid-cap" firms are those with market values similar to the constituents of the Russell Midcap® Index or the S&P MidCap 400® Index. The fund also retains the option to allocate capital to businesses with smaller or larger market capitalizations. Its holdings encompass both domestic and international entities. Moreover, the investment approach is flexible, allowing for positions in either growth-oriented or value-oriented stocks, or a combination of both styles.
