As of early 2022 (January 2nd), the company directly managed 138 Pollo Tropical locations across Florida and 143 company-owned Taco Cabana establishments within Texas. Beyond its corporate operations, Fiesta Restaurant Group had also franchised 24 Pollo Tropical eateries, spanning Puerto Rico, Panama, Guyana, the Bahamas, Ecuador, and even parts of Florida, and six Taco Cabana restaurants operating under franchise agreements in New Mexico.
