The Fuller & Thaler Behavioral Small-Cap Equity Fund primarily allocates its capital by committing at least 80% of its net holdings (along with any borrowed funds for investment purposes) to the equity securities of smaller U.S. companies. For the purpose of this fund's strategy, a company is considered U.S.-based if its shares are publicly traded domestically and it fulfills one or more of the following criteria: it is incorporated within the United States, its primary executive offices are located in the U.S., the majority of its assets are situated in the U.S., or it generates the predominant portion of its revenue from American sources.
